If you create a page like this: 

  <ul>
    <r:children:each>
      <li><r:title /></li>
    </r:children:each>
  </ul>

..you need to clear cache if you change one of its children!

With this extension you can create a page of Dynamic type that will be updated
every time that one of its children will be saved|created|deleted.
